A leading automotive company specializing in thermoplastics is seeking a dynamic and proactive
Quality Manager. We are looking for a professional currently residing in Mexico who is ready to drive operational excellence and relocate to our manufacturing facilities in the USA.
As Quality Manager, the candidate will be the guardian of our brand’s excellence. He will manage the implementation of quality systems and ensure full regulatory compliance to guarantee that every component exceeds our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Quality System Management:
Oversee and maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Process Control:
Implement and manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA methodologies.
Leadership:
Lead the Quality Department, fostering a culture of "Continuous Improvement."
Customer Satisfaction:
Manage customer relations regarding complaints, audits,



and technical specifications.
Supplier Management:
Collaborate with Procurement for supplier qualification and development.
Core Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years in Quality Control within the Automotive supply chain (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
Education:
Technical Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
Languages:
Fluent English
and
Native Spanish. The ability to communicate technical concepts fluently in English is essential.
Mobility:
Immediate availability for
permanent relocation
to the United States.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Automotive Core Tools.
