a diversified, multichannel distribution network.**About the role - What you need to know:**Collection Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the collections department, review open accounts, identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with the line business manager. Oversee the local Mexico Collections team, working closely with product towers, Finance, and Operations to help identify and improve process controls. Assist projects related to the Collections processes. Management and development the team. Preparing monthly KPIs on payment collections. This role also include: Team Leadership: Providing effective leadership, conducting regular performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment. Recovery Strategy: developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to optimize collections efforts Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients (internal and external)Performance Monitoring: monitoring the performance of collections team, tracking key metrics, such as aging reports, Bad debt reserve and recovery ratios. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvements and implement new strategies to enhance overall performance.



Process Improvement: Continuously assessing and improving collections process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting and Analysis: Generating regular reports and presenting findings to senior Management (Regional, COO and CFO)Compliance: ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies in all collections activities.
