Qualifications and Experience
7+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Quality Engineering. 3+ years of experience leading teams as an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar role. Experience with test automation using Java, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control. Experience testing event-driven middleware systems — MQ (IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ, Active MQ, or Kafka). Balanced expertise in Java and REST Assured (equally important for this team). Onshore-offshore coordination and stakeholder interaction. Automation strategy and project ownership. Experience with JMeter, Gatling, or performance testing tools. Availability to travel to the USA on occasion. Special Conditions: Long-term assignment.
