We complete a broad range of commercial assignments, with meaningful exposure to lender and institutional work across property types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and other special-purpose assets.At Bowery, we believe experienced appraisers should spend more time on analysis, judgment, and client-facing work, and less time fighting clunky systems and repetitive administrative tasks.
