Our 125,000+ people across 30+ countries are driven by our innate curiosity, entrepreneurial agility, and desire to create lasting value for clients. Powered by our purpose the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.
We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Architect with deep hands‑on expertise across datacenter and cloud environments — spanning Compute, Storage, and Data Protection — who can equally operate as a strategic M&A; Integration Lead. This role sits at the intersection of technical excellence and business transformation: you will be embedded with deal teams during active acquisitions, own infrastructure due diligence, and architect the end‑to‑end integration roadmap from first pitch through Day‑1 cutover and steady state.
Core Technical Domains:
Bare metal & hypervisor (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM)
HPC, GPU workloads & server lifecycle management
Capacity planning & rightsizing
SAN / NAS / Object (NetApp, Pure, Dell, Ceph)
Storage migration tooling & data mobility
Performance tuning & IOPS modeling
Backup & recovery (Veeam, Cohesity, Rubrik, Commvault)
Disaster Recovery architecture & RTO/RPO design
Immutable backup & ransomware resilience
Replication (sync/async) across hybrid environments
Compliance-driven retention and archival
Pitching team collaboration & discovery workshops
Day‑1 readiness planning & cutover execution
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary infrastructure subject matter expert during M&A; deal cycles — partnering with corporate development, finance, and deal teams to assess target company infrastructure landscapes during the pre‑close phase.
Lead structured discovery sessions with pitching and seller‑side technical teams to extract accurate infrastructure inventory, dependency maps, and operational maturity assessments.
Design comprehensive integration plans covering datacenter consolidation, cloud migration, compute rationalization, storage harmonization, and data protection alignment, with clear milestones, owners, and risk registers.
Architect hybrid and multi‑cloud infrastructure solutions that bridge acquired entities’ existing environments with the parent organization’s target state architecture.
Define and enforce Day‑1 infrastructure readiness criteria — ensuring network connectivity,
identity integration, data protection coverage, and operational monitoring are in place before legal close.
Deliver executive-level infrastructure due diligence reports, including technical risk scoring, capital expenditure estimates, and integration timeline recommendations.
Own the post‑close infrastructure integration workstream from kickoff through steady‑state operations, managing stakeholders across engineering, IT, security, and business leadership.
Develop reusable M&A; infrastructure playbooks, assessment templates, and integration frameworks that accelerate future deal execution.
Evaluate and identify infrastructure synergy opportunities — decommissioning redundant systems, consolidating vendor contracts, and driving cost optimization across the combined entity.
Mentor cross‑functional engineers and project managers on M&A; infrastructure best practices, ensuring organizational capability grows with deal velocity.
M&A; INTEGRATION LIFECYCLE OWNERSHIP
Initial Infrastructure Assessment

Flag high‑level technical risks for deal valuation inputs
Deep-Dive Technical Discovery
Conduct structured interviews with target's infrastructure, ops, and security teams
Inventory compute, storage, backup, DR, and network assets
Document technical debt, EOL hardware, licensing gaps, and compliance posture
Produce scored infrastructure due diligence report with CapEx/OpEx impact
Design end‑state infrastructure architecture aligned to parent's standards
Build detailed Day‑1 readiness checklist and critical path schedule
Define data protection coverage gaps and remediation actions prior to close
Establish interim operating model and escalation paths
Execution, Migration & Steady State
Execute cutover activities and validate Day‑1 operational readiness
Drive workload migrations, datacenter consolidations, and cloud onboarding
Track synergy realization and report integration progress to leadership
Transition to BAU operations and formally close integration workstream
