Flex is preparing to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure unit into SpinCo, a new independent company expected to launch in Q1 2027. If the spin proceeds, this role will support SpinCo, delivering digital infrastructure and end-to-end power and thermal management for AI data centers.
The position requires an engineering degree, willingness to work three shifts, Excel proficiency, SMT/BackEnd knowledge, and experience in supervising personnel.
