Role Overview The Inventory and Technology Assets Manager will participate in the end-to-end operation of Asset Management for the assigned client, ensuring data integrity, asset traceability, and ITIL process compliance in coordination with ITSM and CMDB.
What You Will Do Key responsibilities include executing the integral management of the lifecycle of IT assets, managing contracted and acquired assets, maintaining data quality and integrity, and performing hardware discovery and inventory analysis.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed
Availability to attend the site of our client in El Salto
Intermediate English (desirable)
2-4 years of practical experience in the field
Lifecycle management of IT assets (receipt, assignment, maintenance,
and final disposal)
Inventory management (Hardware Asset Management), including physical and contracted assets
Use of ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) for registration, updating, and controlling assets
Knowledge of CMDB and inventory control by location
Warranty, maintenance, and lifecycle (EOL/EOS) management
Inventory report generation for financial control, compliance, and planning
Identification and tracking of discrepancies between physical inventory and systems
Inventory management and tracking of purchases and assets (e.g. SAP Ariba in coordination with Procurement)
Cellular line management and consumption analysis for cost optimization
On-site inventory operation (receipt, storage, and control of equipment)
Knowledge of ITIL processes applied to asset management and configuration
