This role is responsible for developing and implementing the operational excellence strategy, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. The Director monitors and analyzes operational performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of operational excellence initiatives.
