Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a cross-functional development team. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct daily scrums and weekly sprint reviews to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals. Experience working with integral team with diverse geo distribution. Oversee and execute a range of internal projects for Client, including BI Report development, Data Science initiatives and various data-oriented solutions. Implement Agile methodologies, utilizing Kanban (or other Project Management techniques) to manage and track project progress. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in leading development teams across multiple regions.



Strong background in managing technical projects and programs. Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Wrike, JIRA or comparable tools. Demonstrated experience in Agile project management with a proven expertise. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a distributed team. Experience working with high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and delivery. Nice to haves: Experience working with Tableau and/or other related reporting technologies.
