About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and Supply Chain team while leading and developing a high-performing team of nine colleagues, making a direct impact on operational excellence and long-term site performance. Location:
Parque Industrial Mitras, calle Beta 8023, C. P. 66023, García. Reciente León What will You Do? Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site Manage and develop a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians) Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and Facilities Manage external vendors, including site security and service providers Participate in investment planning and Cap Ex strategy Lead capital projects end-to-end (budget, timeline, execution) Monitor and optimize departmental costs and KPI’s Champion a strong safety culture and safe working environment What Are We Looking For? Education: Degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field Safety-first mindset Strong leadership and service orientation Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels Collaborative, hands-on, and results-driven approach Experience:



At least 3 years of experience as Manager or Head of Engineering/Maintenance/Project Engineering Proven experience leading capital projects and equipment installation Strong people leadership experience Vendors & contractors management Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance KPI’s management Continuous improvement methodologies Project management Languages:
