Role Purpose Performs a variety of key technical duties and activities. Leads projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve significant material cost reductions without compromising product quality.
Develop a scalable process for evaluating and implementing resin alternatives across business units.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making.
Document findings, processes, and recommendations for future implementation.
Experiences/Education - Required
Student in the final semesters of a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Basic understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to interpret data and propose practical solutions.
Research Skills: Capable of conducting technical and market research.

Project Management Skills: Organized and able to manage tasks and timelines.
