As a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce and low‑code solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives. Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid model) Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations. Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs. Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. Provide data‑based reports and insights to support decision‑making. Oversee delivery of low‑code solutions and maintain functional documentation. Qualifications
Proven experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Knowledge of low‑code platforms (Out Systems, Appian, Power Platform,



or Mendix). Experience in agile environments and digital transformation projects. Advanced English proficiency (oral and written). Fluent English is a must. Availability to work under a hybrid model in Mexico City. Benefits
