Request and obtain medical records via the properly designated records vendor. Client communication concerning dates of diagnosis, treatment, locations of treatment, etc. Record tracking and follow-up. Processing records delivered in response to requests into the client's management system.



Verify accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with the legal team. Data entry and record management. Requirements
Maintaining professional interactions with clients via email and telephone. Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in managing medical records is preferred. Experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Seniority Level
