The IT Analyst acts as the primary site-level point of contact for all IT-related matters, ensuring effective support for business operations in collaboration with the KDC/One ICT team.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for business applications and IT systems.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology solutions that improve business processes.
Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT applications and infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, system access, and IT service requests.
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and process improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides.




Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Requirements:
Fluent English is a prerequisite
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2 + years of experience in a similar role
Provide technical support for PCs, peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.), and local network infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in IT environments.
Experienced in managing wired and wireless networks, as well as structured cabling.
Proficiency in Active Directory, File & Print Services, backup solutions, and Microsoft products.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in providing technical support to users across all organizational levels.
Ability to learn quickly and effectively share knowledge with others.
