Responsibilities
Answer inbound patient calls for doctors’ offices Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Navigate EMR systems Verify insurance benefits (VOB) Support prescription refill workflows
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office, or hospital Familiarity with medical terminology (medical billing knowledge is a plus)



Proficient in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in healthcare management software Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
