As a Senior i OS Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering mobile products using Swift and modern i OS development frameworks. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to create scalable, reliable, and engaging customer-facing applications. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define, build, and deliver customer-centric mobile experiences. Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle of i OS features, from ideation and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization. Build high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and performant i OS applications using Swift and modern i OS frameworks. Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into elegant technical solutions. Integrate and optimize data interactions using Graph QL and REST APIs. Advocate for exceptional user experiences through attention to performance, usability, accessibility, and reliability. Contribute to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and engineering standards for the mobile platform. Mentor and support fellow engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Contribute to application observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational excellence. Participate in an on-call rotation and help improve platform resilience, reliability, and maintainability. Create and maintain documentation, testing strategies, and engineering best practices. Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on i OS application development. Expert-level proficiency in Swift and modern i OS development practices. Proven experience building, shipping, and maintaining consumer-facing mobile applications at scale. Strong understanding of mobile product engineering principles, including user experience, performance, reliability, and maintainability. Experience developing applications using Swift UI and/or UIKit. Strong experience integrating and consuming Graph QL and REST-based APIs. Experience designing clean, scalable, and testable application architectures. Deep understanding of i OS platform capabilities, application lifecycle, networking, concurrency, and performance optimization. Experience with automated testing, quality assurance practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools for mobile applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a product-led organization with strong customer-centric development practices. Experience using Graph QL clients such as Apollo or similar frameworks. Experience with mobile analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product development. Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern backend integration patterns. Experience mentoring engineers and influencing engineering culture. Passion for delivering polished, high-quality customer experiences and continuously improving mobile products.
