Job Requirements
【MUST】
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus)
3–5 years experience in cost accounting, FP&A;, or budgeting
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Experience in manufacturing cost management
Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and production cost control
Advanced Excel and ERP system skills (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite)
Ability to lead a team, analyze data, and present financial insights clearly
Preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost drivers
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or process improvement
Experience with multi-site cost management or integral reporting
