An English or Afrikaans accent. Sales experience and comfort. Typing at least 50 words per minute. 1-5 years of customer service experience. Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
