ERP AMS support

manufacturing modules

technical customization
.
The role focuses on: L2/L3 support
for Syte Line ERP Custom development
using
Infor Mongoose
, IDOs, forms, event handlers SQL Server scripting
(T‑SQL, stored procedures, triggers) ERP integrations
(REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) Reporting
(SSRS, SSIS, Birst) Manufacturing ERP processes
(MRP, Inventory, Production, Procurement, Order Mgmt) Version upgrades
(v8 → v9 → v10) Incident resolution, RCA, enhancements, data corrections Monitoring interfaces, batch jobs, integrations Working with business users + technical teams SLA‑driven AMS environment
Required Experience 6–10 years total IT experience 4+ years Infor Syte Line / Cloud Suite Industrial 4+ years Manufacturing ERP 3+ years AMS support (L2/L3) 3+ years SQL Server
