THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Bilingual Delivery Partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment delivery process, partnering closely with Client Success teams to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for our clients. You will play a key role in driving placement performance, building talent pipelines, advising stakeholders on market conditions, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing through placement and onboarding coordination.

This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Build Strong Partnerships

- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and Client Success teams.
- Provide market insights, recruitment guidance, and talent advisory support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend effective recruitment solutions.

Deliver Recruitment Excellence





- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through placement and aftercare.
- Develop recruitment plans and sourcing strategies aligned to client needs.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Source, assess, and identify qualified candidates using a variety of attraction channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress updates.
- Escalate recruitment challenges and candidate issues when required.

Drive Performance & Growth

- Achieve individual placement and performance targets.
- Contribute to broader team and account objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes, service delivery, and operational efficiencies.
- Provide recruitment reporting and market intelligence to support decision-making.

Ensure Compliance & Data Integrity

- Maintain accurate and timely candidate, client, and job records across recruitment systems.
- Ensure compliance with Hays policies, processes, and service delivery standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and reporting integrity.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with colleagues.
- Assist new team members in maximizing recruitment technology and systems.

Compensation: MXN 35,708 per month + uncapped commissions.

This is a high-performing desk with strong earning potential, offering the opportunity to significantly increase your total compensation through commissions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, RPO, Recruitment Operations, or agency recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume and professional hiring environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, including Time to Fill, Fill Rate, Hit Rate, Pipeline Conversion, and Recruiter Productivity.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes across multiple levels.
- Strong problem-solving, risk identification, and escalation management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptable, proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technology platforms, including ATS and CRM systems.
- Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and ownership.
