and maintain reports to track operational performance Identify potential sales opportunities and support business growth initiatives Maintain accurate records within ERP/CRM Systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or administrative Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and verbal Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems Strong customer service orientation and communication skills Experience with Power BI.
