What You'll Do
Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support for Windows, macOS, Chromebooks, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and resolve advanced computer issues.
Convert inbound inquiries into paid remote support services.
Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving performance goals.

What We're Looking For:
Tier 2 or Tier 3 Technical Support experience.
Strong Windows & Apple troubleshooting skills.
Proven sales or closing experience.
Excellent English communication skills.




CompTIA A+ (current or expired accepted).
Ready to start immediately.
