We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a leading multinational industrial solutions provider. We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with experience managing the end-to-end order process and collaborating across multiple functions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and requests through CRM, email, and phone.
Create sales orders based on customer purchase orders.
Manage the complete order lifecycle, from order entry through shipment, ensuring accurate delivery commitments, pricing, credit notes, and return authorization requests.
Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and inquiries.
Monitor urgent orders and proactively follow up on logistics activities through final delivery.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance,



and Logistics teams to ensure efficient order execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers across Mexico and Latin America, delivering a high level of customer service.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain, or related roles.
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
Advanced English, both written and spoken.
Must be based in Interlomas, State of Mexico, or nearby areas.
