1. Take full charge of the overall operation and management of after-sales service, technical support, spare parts supply and customer maintenance business in Mexico, formulate regional service strategies and annual work plans, and achieve service satisfaction and profit targets. 2. Build, manage and train local Mexican service teams and regional engineering teams, be responsible for daily team performance assessment, talent retention and compliant labor management in line with local laws.
3. Develop, manage and assess local dealers and authorized service providers, unify service standards, provide technical empowerment, and supervise the quality of end after-sales service.
4. Oversee local spare parts warehouse operation, inventory management, supply chain coordination and customs clearance docking, optimize inventory turnover, and ensure timely spare parts support for on-site maintenance.

Be responsible for the whole-process closed-loop management of customer complaints, equipment maintenance and after-sales work, handle major service failures and customer disputes efficiently, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Expand value-added service businesses including equipment maintenance packages and extended warranty services to drive incremental service revenue and profit growth.
7. Collect local market product failure data and operational feedback, and put forward optimization suggestions to the headquarters for localized product iteration and improvement.
8. Strictly comply with Mexico’s local labor, tax, customs and industry compliance regulations, control regional operational risks, and complete regular business reports to the headquarters.
