What will you do?

- Manage 5-6 executive searches at a time.




- Advise clients directly on talent strategy and compensation.
- Conduct competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and reference checks.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Idóneo Profile:

- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR (agencies, BPO, corporate, or internships) — any background welcome.
- Conversational to advanced English.
- Curiosity, discipline, and drive to learn Executive Search from the ground up.
