Help Build the Commercial Team of a Growing International Company
Next Shore is an international sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain company that helps leading consumer brands develop and deliver retail solutions throughout North America.
We partner with manufacturers across Mexico, Asia and Latin America while supporting customers in the United States with custom retail displays, packaging, fixtures, logistics and supply chain solutions.
We’re looking for ambitious professionals who want to build a long-term career in business development and enterprise sales.
You’ll work directly with the company’s founders, helping develop relationships with some of North America’s most recognized brands while learning international business, manufacturing, logistics and strategic account management.

What You’ll Do As a Business Development Representative, your primary mission is to generate qualified business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn




Scheduling introductory meetings for senior leadership
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Attending trade shows and networking events
Learning our customers’ businesses to uncover future opportunities

Bachelor’s degree preferred
~2–5 years of B2B sales experience
~ Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
~ Experience with CRM platforms is a plus
