Ensure the accurate management and tracking of customer purchase orders, guaranteeing precise system entry, on-time delivery compliance, alignment with demand forecasts, and the timely resolution of supply chain issues.

Enter, validate, and process purchase orders in the ERP system.
Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
Recent graduate with strong internship experience, or 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Sales Administration, Customer Program Administrator, Materials Planning, or Order Management).
Advanced English fluency is required
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas, and data lookup/matching.)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP)
