Responsabilidades
Defines and executes the land and right-of-way strategy across the portfolio.




Negotiates lease, easement and access agreements with private owners and communal landholders.
Manages title due diligence, registry filings and payment schedules.
Directs and quality-controls external right-of-way field teams.

Requisitos
8+ years in land acquisition and right-of-way for energy or linear infrastructure.
Practical experience negotiating with ejidos and communal assemblies.
Familiarity with agrarian registry and notarial processes.
High mobility and field presence.
Spanish native.
