With offices in Spain, Italy, France, Mexico and Brazil, we lead the sector in attracting talent for Investment Funds, Portfolio Companies, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Developers, Consultancies, Utilities, Equipment Manufacturers, EPC Contractors and O&M; Companies in Solar PV, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Biomass, Hydro, Energy Efficiency, Energy Storage and Hydrogen.

Responsabilidades
Originates and screens greenfield and acquisition opportunities (wind, solar, BESS).
Prepares pipeline ranking, prescreening of land,



resource and interconnection capacity.
Builds financial analysis and M&A; materials (non-binding and binding offers) with the deal lead.
Supports negotiation of MOUs, development service agreements and purchase agreements.
Maintains market and competitor intelligence and supports public tender submissions.

Requisitos
6–10 years in renewable energy development, M&A; or project finance in Mexico.
Demonstrated origination or transaction closing track record.
Strong Excel modelling and GIS / prospecting tools.
Degree in Engineering, Economics or Finance.
Spanish native; professional English
