This role is designed for a transformational leader with proven success managing complex multi-site operations, large labor organizations, and world-class manufacturing performance.

- 4 manufacturing locations
- Automotive cut & sew / trim operations
- Full operational accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost
- Strategic leadership of plant management teams
- Operational excellence and continuous improvement culture
- Executive interaction with regional and integral leadership

T he ideal candidate will bring:

- Extensive experience in automotive sewing manufacturing (MANDATORY)
- Strong multi-site leadership background
- Proven ability leading large manufacturing organizations
- Experience driving KPI performance in high-volume operations
