Customer Operations Representative (Aftermarket)
Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Operations Representative to join our Allison Off Highway (AOH) team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the entire order lifecycle.
This is a highly collaborative and operations-focused position, idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex customer and logistics challenges.
What You'll Do
Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and order status
Proactively follow up on open orders and resolve issues such as delays or discrepancies
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Centers, Engineering, and Sales to meet customer needs
Handle shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and delivery-related concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates




Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or aftermarket operations
Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similar environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
