Activities:Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO ****, IATF *****, or other industry-specific standards.Lead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up of corrective actions.Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.Maintain accurate documentation of quality policies, procedures, and records.Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.Train People on Process Audit and certify them as an Internal Auditors.Key Support role for the Digitalization process within the Quality Department KPI Monitoring and reporting Manage and analyze reports Provide leadership and direction to the Document Control Agents, quality Reviewers and other functions involved in the Document Control approval process.Responsible to promote the Quality Culture within the sites in Mexico.Track, Measure and Report the Corrective Actions Process Lead and Design the Process Deviation, Track, measure and report status and escalations.
