**- What You'll Do**:
- Assist the sales team with sales support tasks.
- Assist the C-Suite with Executive type tasks.
- Calendar management and booking meetings.
- Travel arrangements.
- Sales follow-up and assisting with quotes.
- Reports to the Sales Manager and the CEO.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in **business administration, marketing, or a related field**.
- 1+ year of experience.




- **Perfect English**communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with Slack.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**- What we offer and other important information**:
- $25,000- $33,000 pesos per month (based on experience and other factors/gross salary).
- Bonus to be added with time and performance.
- Position on-site
- Monday-Friday 7:00 am
- 4:00 pm, PST or MST.
