Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to support our healthcare operations.
This role primarily focuses on data entry, document management, and handling high volumes of medical records and fax communications within a fast-paced medical environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Process and manage inbound faxes (50 to 150 daily)
Perform high-volume data entry of patient records
Upload and organize medical documents into patient systems
Retrieve documents from hospital portals and upload to internal databases
Manage and process large document batches (up to **** documents)
Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records
Maintain organization and efficiency in document workflows
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in medical records or healthcare or scheduler
- Experience working in a clinical or doctor's office setting preferred




- Familiarity with medical documentation and processes
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems or similar tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with high volumes of data efficiently
