The Help Desk Intern role is responsible for assisting local users with technical issues and support for desktop configurations, user administration, PC troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure that all technical aspects are functioning optimally.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities: Business Partnering
Assist users with hardware and operating system issues.
Provide first level/contact support for software products and services.
Provide status updates Helpdesk Supervisor
Provide user administration solutions by assisting with password resets, locked accounts, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Performance, Metrics & Reporting
Investigates and resolves user issues.
Provide hardware troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and docking stations.
Assist with other IT related projects as needed.
Experiência y requisitos
Preferred experience with some of the following technology: Docusign Envelope ID:



B45E6E28-A10A-********C-D****A1B**** o Office 365 Word, Excel Outlook o Windows 10 and 11 Upgrades, security patching, Operation
Demonstrated experience with researching and investigating solutions.
Ability to identify and resolve problems and implement solutions.
Strong working knowledge of Windows and familiarity with Active Directory.
Ability to document work in progress.
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
