From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Mexico.




You'll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to optimize policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.

**What you'll be doing**
- Being a trusted advisor by providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers on HR matters
- Identifying people issues and trends proactively, and partnering with stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions
- Optimizing day-to-day HR operations, keeping people-centricity in mind
- Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures
- Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures
**What you'll need**
- Experience in a regulated financial services and hyper-growth environment, like banking or fintech
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Great project management skills
- Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A data and process-driven approach towards HR
- A results-driven and numbers-oriented working style
- Extensive knowledge of local labour laws
- Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and procedures
- Fluency in English
