**International company** in the electrical sector, with over 30 years of experience in the design, production, and distribution of electrical systems and equipment, is looking to integrate into its team a **Accounting Coordinator**.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting
- English: Advanced (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excel: Intermediate to advanced
- ERP: SAP
**Required Experience**
- 3 years in general accounting and taxation
- Knowledge in expense management and freight reengineering with an accounting focus
- Knowledge of tax regulations: U.S. and Latin American
- SAP FI experience is a plus
- Ability to coordinate, supervise, and follow up on the work of an accounting team of 5 people

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate, supervise, and follow up on the activities of the accounting team, ensuring compliance with accounting closings and key deadlines
- Supervise the accounting registration of operations according to NIIF / US GAAP
- Record, analyze,



and control costs and expenses related to external services (maintenance, consulting, insurance, freight, and banking services)
- Conduct financial analysis of costs and expenses, identifying savings opportunities, operational efficiencies, and budget control
- Prepare and review periodic financial reports
- Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings
- Manage and maintain updated fixed asset records (additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations)
- Support tax compliance, including review of local and international taxes
- Ensure correct use and control of the SAP ERP system
- Collaborate with internal departments and international teams on accounting, tax, and financial matters
