Responsibilities

- Lead inbound, inventory control, and outbound operations
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational compliance
- Optimize warehouse performance and efficiency
- Support employee development and engagement
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and maintain inventory integrity

What we're looking for

- Warehouse operations experience (1-2+ years)
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset




- Microsoft Office proficiency
- English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree preferred
