**Web Conference Support Engineer (Microsoft Teams Rooms)**

**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Web Conference Support Engineer** to support and maintain **Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)** environments.
This role is responsible for ensuring meeting rooms are fully operational, providing real-time support for critical meetings, and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues in a fast-paced corporate environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform daily health checks of Microsoft Teams Rooms devices
- Provide live and remote support for meetings, including executive-level sessions
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network, and authentication
- Monitor device health, alerts, and performance
- Manage incidents and document resolutions using ServiceNow
- Configure and manage Teams Rooms via Microsoft Teams Admin Center
- Support device lifecycle: provisioning, updates, and maintenance
- Manage meeting room accounts, calendars, and booking policies
- Collaborate with IT teams (network, security, endpoint) to resolve issues
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, updates, and warranties
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Provide user guidance and training when needed
**Required Skills & Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, AV Support, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)**:
- Experience with **Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC)**:




- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of **Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager**:
- Experience managing AV equipment (cameras, microphones, displays, etc.)
- Familiarity with Exchange Online (room calendars and booking policies)
**Nice to Have**
- Experience supporting executive or high-visibility meetings
- Knowledge of AV installations, cabling, and room setup
- Experience with OEM tools (Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Yealink, Lenovo)
- Basic knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Experience documenting SOPs and knowledge base articles
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,****** - $55,****** per month
