We are currently seeking talent to join our team as a Billing Specialist in an onsite position.
Compensation
- Gross monthly salary: $18,500 MXN

Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume, performance-based invoicing for large customers.
- Prepare, maintain, and review allocations prior to entry into the general ledger.
- Prepare reconciliations and upload/review files.
- Manage a high volume of collection calls and account follow-ups.
**Requirements**:




- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Business-level English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Previous accounting or accounts receivable experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Prior collections experience (calls and/or letters).
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and clerical reporting procedures.
