**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents
- Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates, including materials, labor, subcontractors, and other project expenses
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements and company standards
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and cost-saving opportunities in all project estimates
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing for materials and equipment
- Assist in preparing and submitting bids and proposals for residential and commercial projects
- Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and project documentation
- Support project execution and coordination when needed (for field/general contractor role)




- Develop and/or modify technical drawings using AutoCAD (for design-focused role)
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum **1 year experience** as an Engineer (field-based or remote/WFH experience accepted)
- Experience using engineering software such as **AutoCAD and Planswift**:
- Background in construction, general contracting, or cost estimation is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and technical skills are encouraged to apply
**Technical requirements**:
- i5 or higher computer processor
- Noise-canceling headset (non-Bluetooth)
- Minimum **50 Mbps wired internet connection**:
- Dedicated home office setup
**Requirements**:
- **Willing to work from 8 AM - 5 PM Mountain time, Monday - Friday.

Pay: $10,****** - $17,****** per month
