Managerial skills Experiencia Requerida 2+ years on process safety 2+ years on project management. 2+ years on process engineering. 2+ years on environment, health and safety (EHS). 2+ Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Resumen Ensure effective governance, integration, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Corporate Process Safety Management (PSM) system across all company sites. The role provides corporate oversight of PSM & PSE, including: Regulated substances, Fire Protection Systems (FPS/FAS), and FM requirements by maintaining corporate standards, driving consistency among sites, monitoring system performance through KPIs, and providing visibility on risk management, incident investigations, and capital project risk assessments.
Responsabilidades
1. Implement PSM corporate requirements, policies, procedures, guides, and best practices to support process safety management implementation at beer operations in Mexico.
2. Commit senior management and workforce to process safety by communicating vision, expectations, strategies, and initiatives to improve process safety culture and competence.
3. Develop, administer, and maintain corporate PSM & PSE, Fire Protection Systems (FPS/FAS), and FM Integral procedures, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements, corporate standards, industry best practices, and technical criteria.
4. Ensure all corporate procedures remain current, technically accurate, and consistent across the organization, providing a standardized framework for sites to develop and maintain aligned local procedures.

Partner with site Process Safety teams to drive consistent interpretation and implementation of corporate requirements, standards, procedures, and risk management practices across all manufacturing locations.
6. Manage and track corporate PSM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular visibility of implementation progress, compliance status, action closure rates, and overall system effectiveness.
7. Maintain the corporate PHA portfolio and risk matrix, ensuring all active studies are properly classified according to risk ranking, revalidation schedules, and site status, while providing corporate visibility of overall process risk exposure.
8. Administer the corporate PHA action tracking system, monitor closure performance, identify overdue actions, and provide periodic reports to leadership regarding overall compliance and risk mitigation progress.
9. Consolidate, analyze, and report process safety incident investigation data and trends, tracking root causes, recurring issues, corrective actions, lessons learned, and effectiveness of implemented safeguards.
10. Coordinate and maintain the corporate tracking system for risk assessments associated with capital investment projects, ensuring required process safety reviews are completed and recommendations are properly managed through project execution.
11. Develop dashboards, reports, and executive summaries that provide leadership with accurate and timely visibility on PSM performance, PHAs, action-item management, incident investigations, audits, project risks, and overall system health.
12. Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the corporate PSM framework by leveraging data analysis, performance metrics, lessons learned, and industry best practices.
13. Train the PSM local and Operations teams.
