- **Coordination**:Collaborate with the maintenance team, production staff, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
Ensure that all necessary resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are available when needed.
- **Documentation**:Utilize CMMS to maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment histories.
Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce the likelihood of equipment failures and extend the lifespan of assets.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts and supplies.
Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to support maintenance activities without excessive stockpiling.
- **Compliance**:Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.




Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any compliance issues.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and procedures.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance function.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's Degree in in Engineering, Maintenance or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual - English language
- 2-4 years' experience in maintenance planning or experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment years or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of CMMS operation and administration-
