- The main function is to convert the internal production costs of a Bill of Materials into a competitive and profitable final price for the customer.
This requires conducting rigorous financial analyses in order to provide recommendations that improve the accuracy of the results.
The position plays a crucial role at the intersection of the Technical Center, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Production to develop a strategic vision that identifies all possible courses of action and ensures successful execution, all while meeting the applicable Quality and Environmental Management System requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of costing principles and cost models used when quoting new business and help manage the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process from start to finish.
- Develop a deep understanding of the pricing models and principles used to make pricing decisions and provide oversight in the price change process.
- Act as the point of contact between Sales and Finance to communicate specific customer and product details, such as historical sales, margins, pricing, and costs.




- Prepare periodic reviews on customer/item profitability, provide recommendations for improvements, and carry those recommendations through to completion and implementation.
- Other responsibilities and ad hoc projects as needed.

Experiência y requisitos- University degree required - preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 1 year of experience preferred
- 100% English
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, extract the necessary information, and present it in an easy-to-understand manner.
