**Engagement Manager**
**Location**: Morelia, Mexico
**Language Requirement**: Native/Fluent Spanish with good English skills
**About the Role**
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to act as bridge between team in Morelia/Mexico City.
The role is focused on stakeholder engagement, strategy building, and program coordination, while also requiring strong leadership skills to lead discussions and influence decisions
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders
- Build strong relationships and trust with leadership and business teams.
- Understand IT requirements and ensure they align with priorities and roadmap.
- Contribute to IT strategy building and ensure initiatives support digital transformation vision.
- Provide leadership, anticipating risks and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate multiple programs to ensure priorities,



dependencies and outcomes.
- Represent as a strategic leader and trusted advisor within.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT engagement, consulting, or program coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation practices.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment on strategic decisions.
- Fluency in Spanish (required) and good proficiency in English.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $****** - $****** per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
