**DATA OPERATIONS LEAD**
**Location: Puebla**
**_ The Challenge:_**
It is to act as the single point of accountability for all data initiatives in the market, ensuring alignment with Global Data Operations strategies, frameworks, and standards**_._**
The role will coordinate all local data activities, embed governance and quality practices, and serve as the bridge between Mexico stakeholders and the Global Data Operations function**_._**

Key Roles and Responsabilities:_**
**_ Lead Local Data Ownership:_** Act as the central point of accountability for all data
**_ Coordinate with Global Data Operations_**: Serve as the local bridge to Integral Data Operations, ensuring Mexico adopts and complies with global frameworks for data engineering, business intelligence, governance, and architecture.
**_ Oversee Data Quality and Controls:_** Establish and monitor reconciliation, validation, and quality checks across Mexico's data processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability of outputs.
**_ Support Data Migration and Integration:_** Oversee the migration of Mexico's data assets into the global Snowflake environment,



coordinating with global engineering and architecture teams to ensure smooth transitions.
**_ Enable BI Standardisation:_** Support the adoption of global BI best practices, ensuring reporting, dashboards, and analytics
**_ What We're Looking For:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Full professional English
- Strong knowledge of data management, governance, and BI practices.
- Understanding of data pipelines, migration, and cloud platforms (Snowflake/AWS preferred).
**_ Experience and Skills:_**
- Experience in data operations, BI, or data governance roles within a large or complex organisation.
- Exposure to cloud data migrations or modern data platforms (preferred).
- Proven ability to influence and align teams to shared frameworks and goals.Experience
**_
Requirements_**
- 5-7 years in a similar role
- 3-5 years leading teams (preferably cross-functional).
- Exposure to cost optimization and performance tuning on AWS.
