- **RESPONSIBILITIES**Core focus: Responsibility for Gearheads portfolio and surrounding system integration.
Further specific Brusless-/ DC motor portfolio could be considered as well.
- Create and implement market launches of new product offerings
- Sustain market and sales development on existing products- Report and analyze market trends and the success of previously launched products
- Manage and maintain existing product families during the entire product lifecycle
- Create and maintain new product and product improvement specifications




- Define and propose new product strategy (roadmap) based on market requirements analysis (involving also sales input)
- Support marketing and sales in creation of product documentation, presentations, promotions, and trainings
- Collaboration on the Maintenance and improvement of the Company Quality System-

**REQUIREMENTS**-
- Technical study background in Mechanical Engineering also incl.
dual studies (Master) with business curriculum
- More than 5 years' experience in Gearheads Product Development as a R&D; Engineer, or in Application Engineering in contact with Sales & Marketing department
- Ideally >3 years of product management background
- Languages: fluent English, Good German and Italian skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and strong interest for technology
- Good analytical skills, problem solver, detail oriented
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work both in a team and autonomy
