**About the Role**:
We are hiring an **HR Operations specialist** to support HR Operations and recruitment processes.
This position will be responsible for data integrity, employee file management, case resolution, and providing high-quality service to employees and leaders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform HR transactions and data entry with accuracy.
- Maintain employee records, filing, and retention compliance.
- Audit HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage case resolution and escalate when necessary.
- Support HR projects, onboarding, and employee logistics.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.




- Provide world-class customer service to employees and managers.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of HR, HR Operations, or recruitment support experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR fundamentals and business processes.
- Professional working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced conversational English.
- Knowledge of **healthcare industry** and **U.S. processes** (mandatory).
