You will handle daily operational tasks, maintain data accuracy in internal systems, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers and carriers.Key factsLocation: Benito Juarez, Ciudad de México, or Tlalnepantla de Baz, MexicoEngagement: On-siteWhat you'll doOversee daily booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery verification for import and export freight.Input and maintain shipment data within Uber Freight systems to ensure real-time accuracy.Coordinate warehouse scheduling, customs documentation, and cross-border transfers.Communicate shipment status updates and service issues to customers.Provide proactive reporting regarding capacity, rates, and documentation.Mentor and train new team members or interns on operational processes.Analyze weekly performance metrics,



such as High/Low Net Revenue, and report on operational outcomes.Requirements1 to 2 years of professional experience in logistics coordination, 4PL operations, or freight forwarding.Advanced proficiency in English, as the role interacts directly with North American operations.Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks with strong attention to detail.Experience following structured documentation and operational procedures.Nice to havePrior experience with Intermodal shipping.Skills & toolsUber Freight internal systemsFreight logistics managementCustoms and cross-border documentationProfessional communication (written and verbal)Practical notesReq #: ****This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico.
