We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst, Health & Welfare to support the execution, optimization, and governance of health and welfare programs across the Americas with a focus in Mexico operations.This role will serve as a key operational partner within Rewards Services, responsible for administration of benefit programs in Mexico, process design and continuous improvement.
The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring scalable, efficient, and compliant delivery of benefit programs.The idóneo candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, has a strong continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrates the ability to operationalize complex processes with precision and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Welfare AdministrationSupport end-to-end administration of Health & Welfare programs including Food Coupons, Food Voucher coupons and related offers; ensure seamless execution of ongoing operations and annual cyclesPartner with HR Digital Services, Payroll, Operational Excellence, and external vendors to maintain accurate and timely program delivery; partnership with other HR Pillars as necessaryEnsure benefits programs are administered in compliance with global, regional and local regulation sProactively identify and close compliance gaps through process improvements and controlsMaintain documentation, audit readiness, and governance frameworksVendor Management & OversightAct as primary day-to-day contactDrive issue resolution, escalations, and continuous service improvementsEnsure operational roadmap is built, maintained and properly executedProcess Design, Automation & Continuous ImprovementDesign, document, and implement scalable and automated processes across health & welfare administrationIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies, and implement solutionsLeverage tools (Excel, HRIS, workflow tools) to streamline operations and improve accuracyEstablish standardized operating procedures and ensure consistency to adhere to global, regional and local requirementsAnalyze trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiencyData Management & AnalysisManage large, complex datasets related to benefits administration and vendor outputsPerform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracyUtilize advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros) and reporting tools for insightsAnalyze trends, identify risks,



and support strategic decision-makingTicket Management & Employee SupportPartner with employee services teams (e.G., People Link) to resolve tickets efficientlyManage escalations, ensuring timely resolution and strong employee experienceMonitor ticket trends to identify systemic issues and build process improvementsProvide clear, professional communication to employees and stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field2–5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or total rewardsStrong experience managing high volumes of data and transactionsProven experience with vendor management and operational deliveryAdvanced Excel skills (e.G., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas; macros preferred)Experience designing or improving processes (automation experience strongly preferred)Experience supporting ticketing systems and escalation management (experience with ServiceNow a plus)Culture and ValuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyOwnership mindset with the ability to drive accountability and resultsAnalytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement orientationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and able to manage competing priorities, especially during high-volume periodsEffective communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with HRIS platforms (e.G., Dayforce, Oracle, ServiceNow)Experience with data visualization or automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)Bilingual (English/Spanish).
